A 50% deposit of the total charges of the stay is required at the time of booking. The other 50% will be charged at check-in.
Check-ins are between 3PM and 5PM. If you require a later check-in, please call ahead and discuss options so we can be there to greet you! If you need to arrive prior to the normal check-in time, the house may not be ready but we do have facilities to store your luggage.
Our normal check-out time is at 10:30AM. We ask that you to respect this time since we need to have rooms ready for guests arriving later in the day. If you wish to have your luggage stored until you are ready to leave the vicinity, please ask; we will gladly do so free of charge.
If you cancel 14 days or more in advance of your first night’s stay, your deposit will be fully refunded.
If you cancel within 14 days of your first night’s stay, your deposit will not be refunded.
If you cancel on or after the day of your scheduled arrival, we will charge you the full amount of your scheduled stay.
